Our Centre will take photos and/or videos of the students in class during the Summer Programme for Creativity and Talent Development 2018. We would like to seek your consent to:

record photographs and/or videos of your child during the Summer Programme for Creativity and Talent Development in whole or in part for internal review as a support to course improvement. In addition, they maybe used in print publications and the University’s website for promotional purpose. The photos and videos will be kept in the Centre’s computer with password protection.

本中心將在【發展創意 | 施展才華】暑期課程2018以拍照及/或錄影形式記錄學生在課堂的活動情況，現徵求閣下同意，能讓本中心：

在暑期課程記錄貴子女的全部或部份錄像和照片，供內部翻閱作改善課程之用。另外或會使用於印刷刊物和大學網頁，作為大學之推廣活動用途。所有照片和錄像將儲存於中心受加密保護之電腦中。
