The parent consent form and the online application is submitted successfully. 

Please be reminded to send the cheque and the nomination form (if applicable: new comer or Secondary 1 student, EXCEPT KG students, parents and teachers) to our Centre in order to complete the application. Please write the student name, course code and contact number on the cheque.
