Evaluation study of the Summer Programme for Creativity and Talent Development 2020

Dear Students,

I am Dr. Serene Chan from the Faculty of Education, the University of Hong Kong. I am now conducting a project titled “Evaluation study of the Summer Programme for Creativity and Talent Development 2020.” I hope to spend some time with you to let you know more about the details of this project.

I have obtained written consent from your parent/guardian earlier to let you join this study. However, your decision is also very important to us. You can decide whether or not you want to join this study. If you agree to join this project, you will be invited to complete a questionnaire at the end of the programme. A helper is responsible for collecting the information. The process will not cause any discomfort and you may stop at any time if you wish without any negative effects. It will last for approximately 15 minutes. If you have any further questions, please raise them now. Thank you for your support.
