This program is designed for university students to assist their career adaptability, to explore various career paths, to enhance job-seeking skills, and to bolster confidence in their future careers. Through a series of interactive workshops, one-on-one career counseling, participants will develop the necessary skills to navigate the evolving job market successfully. They will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in their chosen fields, cultivate a proactive mindset towards their future careers, and acquire the self-management skills necessary for career development and decision-making. Additionally, the program will foster a sense of curiosity, enabling students to explore diverse career options and align them with their aspirations and strengths.

Yin Yufei is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Education (Guidance and Counselling) at the University of Hong Kong. Over the past five years, I have been working in the education sector, teaching students of various age groups from around the world. This experience has greatly enriched my teaching and student guidance skills. Through this program, I hope to help more students understand their potential, explore career interests and capabilities together, and provide everyone with practical tools and strategies for career development to achieve success in the professional world!
