Life Skills Development Online Programme 2024
Facilitated by MEd Guidance and Counselling Students
Supervised by HKU Faculty of Education Expert Staff
From May to July 2024, the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education (CAISE) in the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong will provide a free online programme for university students, facilitated by postgraduate students in the Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling) programme. All workshops in the programme will be operated by the postgraduate students under the supervision of HKU mentors with extensive teaching and counselling experience.
All workshops will be conducted online, and participants will work together in a series of coherent sessions and interactive activities. The workshops will enable you to know more about yourself, learn how to solve problems effectively, and master practical skills to maximize learning outcomes, and increase confidence.
If you are looking to deepen your understanding of your inner self, adjust the way you see things, fulfil your potential, prepare yourself to be more resilience against stress and future challenges, you are welcome to apply for these workshops.
Workshop participants who attend all workshop sessions with a video camera on, individual counselling and complete an evaluation form, will receive an attendance certificate issued by HKU CAISE.
The free programme is open to students from Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and to international applicants. The number of places in each workshop will be limited—so, SIGN UP NOW.

2024年5月至7月，香港大學教育學院融合與特殊教育研究發展中心（CAISE）推出面向大學生的免費網上課程。這課程將由教育學碩士（輔導與諮詢專業）學生提供，並全程在具有豐富教學與輔導經驗的香港大學導師的督導下進行。所有工作坊都將在網上進行，參加者將一起參與一系列連貫且互動性強的活動。這些工作坊能夠幫助學生認識自我，有效地解決問題，掌握實用技能，大大提高學習成果，增加自信。
