1. To improve students’ self-awareness by analyzing their strengths and limitations, as well as their interests, and aptitude.
2. To help students develop career notions, recognize the jobs of those in their immediate environment (parents, elders), and comprehend the role and importance of careers in their lives.
3. To break the stereotypes about careers and establish an open and accepting concept of career pursuit.
4. To support the students become aware of the diverse range of occupations that are available to fulfill the changing needs of the workplace.
5. To assist students to gain perspectives on how to connect their interests and skills to an educational pathway that allow them to make learning goal-oriented, and lead to rewarding opportunities in their career choice.

1. 通過協助學生的自我分析，瞭解自我的優點和劣勢，興趣以及能力，提升自我認知。
2. 幫助學生發展職業概念，從他們周邊的親密關係中進行職業辨識（例如從父母，長輩），並且理解他們的職業角色和職業在生活中的重要性。
3. 打破職業偏見，建立一個開放、接納的職業觀。
4. 培養學生發掘職業的需求變化和勞動力市場的改變。
5. 啟發學生將自身的興趣愛好、技能與未來的教育路徑相結合，實現目標為導向的學習，以及在未來的職業選擇中獲得更多的優勢機會。

In the area of extra-curricular activities and further education, she believes that identifying students’ skills is critical to enable them to achieve continual development. Many students have formed student after-school clubs under her patient and professional guidance, where they have gained leadership and community influence, as well as learned how to combine their strengths with their interests and potential career choices, laying a solid foundation for successful college applications and future careers.

澤華在就讀香港大學教育系輔導與諮商專業之前，曾在大灣區知名國際學校任職超過五年，其有著豐富的校園運營經驗。她相信每一個學生都是獨特的，而這一份獨特將會是學生一路前進的原動力。

在學生課外活動與升學領域，她認為發掘學生的優勢是賦予學生持續進步的核心。在她耐心且專業的指導下，眾多學生創建了學生課後俱樂部，在其中學生的領導力以及社群影響力得到了鍛煉，更重要的是學生學會了如何將特長和興趣以及未來職業選擇相結合，進一步為他們成功申請知名大學以及未來就業打下了堅實的基礎。
