Workshop Objective 工作坊目標	This program aims to provide group and individual counselling on Career Guidance adopting a discovery approach to enhance students’ self-understanding in relation to career development and raise their awareness of making responsible career choices according to their talent, strengths and career aspiration with consideration of the world’s changing environment. 本職業輔導課程透過探索式小組活動及個人輔導為學生提供職業輔導。活動目標是增加學生認識與職業發展相關的自己，並提高學生的職業選擇意識，按自己的才能及職業期望在這變動的社會作出負責任的抉擇。
Workshop Outline 工作坊大綱	Session 1 SWBAT (Students Will Be Able To) learn about their own personalities through MBTI, learn to respect and accept each other, share their goals and expectations, set up group rules, and do pre-test; Session 2 SWBAT explore intelligence and talents development, identify unique personalities and related career-inclinations through Holland Code, understand the possibilities in different career industries, and develop career efficacy; Session 3 SWBAT explore and understand personal and social expectations of career; identify key challenges of the world and individual obstacles, develop awareness of thoughts and resources of career adaptation for creating an unique career path. Session 4 SWBAT make action plans related to identified talent and strengths and career goals; present self-portfolio, express and receive appreciation and gratitude for each other, get prepared for individual counselling sessions. 第一節學生能夠透過MBTI瞭解自己獨特的個性，在互相尊重和接納的氛圍，分享目標及期望。第二節學生能夠透過Holland Code探索自己獨特的個性與職業傾向，瞭解不同行業與多元智慧及才能的關聯性，從而擴闊對行業多元性的認知及提高職業效能。第三節學生能夠探索個人的職業期望及瞭解社會對行業的要求，認識在急遽變化的世界帶來的挑戰及個人障礙，提高適應職場的意識及思維以發展獨特的職業路向。第四節學生能夠按自己獨特的個性、強項、及職業取向訂定自己的行動方案，在小組中分享。透過組員間的互相欣賞及感恩以鼓勵大家起動；並準備進行個人職業輔導。
About the Instructor 導師簡歷	Jonathan CHAN is a career guidance facilitator with years of experience in group guidance. He led Sunday school groups to promote students’ social development in people interactions and life planning at a local church. Jonathan also had ample experience in planning and leading extracurricular activities that helped students foster skills in social awareness and adaptation to society provided by a local NGO. Jonathan currently works as a Structural Engineer and has a natural passion in STEM subjects since childhood. His years of experience in STEM academics and industry experience makes him an excellent career coach especially in the current times that has experienced revolutionary changes leading into many possibilities in the meta-world. 陳俊睿 (Jonathan) 是一名有著豐富經驗的職業輔導導師。Jonathan 曾經在教會及非牟利機構裏帶領學生參與社交技能培養和生涯規劃發展活動。這些活動目的在於培養學生的社交能力、提高社會環境的敏銳性和適應能力。Jonathan的正職是一名結構工程師，從小對STEM 科目有濃烈的興趣，Jonathan能在這變幻莫測的元世代啓發及輔導學生去探索未來職業發展無窮的可能性。
