本課程旨在幫助學生進行職業生涯探索，提高能規劃自己人生的生涯適應力。團體諮詢將有助於學生更深入地瞭解自己和職業興趣，更好地自主規劃畢業後的專業和職業。

1) Pre-test
事前測試
Participants will be given a pre-test to examine their career adaptability, including four career adaptabilities supporting self-regulation strategies that are concern, control, curiosity, and confidence (Savickas, 2005).
參與者將接受預先測試以檢查他們的職業適應性。包括四個支援自我調節策略的職業適應性維度，即關注、控制、好奇心和信心 (Savickas, 2005)。

2) “My Career Story” Group Guidance Program
“我的生涯故事”小組輔導
The students will be participating the “My Career Story” group guidance program via Zoom, each week one session, each session two hours, continuously for five weeks. The learning process in each session includes concept introduction, discussion, self-writing and reflection, and feedback from both instructor and classmates. After the counseling, the student will be asked to give a brief evaluation of the effectiveness and to provide advice.
學生將通過Zoom參加 “我的生涯故事 “團體諮詢項目，每週一節課，每節課兩小時，連續五周。每節課的學習過程包括概念學習、小組討論、自我寫作和反思，以及獲得老師和同學的回饋。輔導結束後，學生將被邀請對該團體諮詢項目的效果進行簡要評價並提出建議。

Session 1 Role models
第一節 榜樣
Students Will Be Able To (SWBAT) do pre-test, learn about each other, communicate goals and expectations, set up group rules, share role models, and discuss personal qualities;
學生將會做預測、彼此瞭解、溝通目標和期望、共同制定小組規則、分享自己的榜樣人物，並在此基礎上討論個人特質。

Session 2 Favorite story
第二節 最喜歡的故事
SWBAT share three favorite stories, critically analyze stories and answer questions, understand the definition of SMART goals principle, and exchange ideas through collaboration;
學生將會分享三個最喜歡的故事、辯證地分析故事並回答問題、理解SMART目標原則的使用方法，並通過合作交流給彼此建議。

Session 3 Vocational interests
第三節 職業興趣
SWBAT discuss agentic strivings and goals, explore jobs and work environments, and identify the relation between personal qualities and job requirements;
學生將會就自己的奮鬥目標進行討論、探索心儀的工作和工作環境，並瞭解個人特質和特定工作要求之間的聯系。

Session 4 Early recollections
第四節 童年回憶
SWBAT reflect on childhood experiences (positive/negative) that affect their future decisions and choices, draw a butterfly with all their family resources and inner strength on its wings, and discuss how they can solve possible problems in career exploration with these advantages;
學生將會反思影響他們未來決定和選擇的童年經歷（正面/負面）、繪制蝴蝶、在它的翅膀上分別標出自己的家庭資源和內在力量，並討論如何利用這些優勢解決職業探索中可能出現的問題。

Session 5 Narrating “My Career Story”
第五節 述說“我的生涯故事”
SWBAT learn from famous person (Sun Ling), reflect on themselves to look for unique personal view of life and view of career, write or draw their ideal life stories, and do post-test.
學生將會觀看Ted視頻向名人（孫玲）學習、反思自己獨特的人生觀和職業觀、寫出/繪制各自理想的人生故事，並做後測。

3) Post-test 後期測試
Participants will be given a post-test to examine the changes in their self-regulation strengths or capacities that a person may draw upon to solve the unfamiliar, complex and ill-defined problems presented by developmental career tasks and transitions (Savickas & Porfeli, 2012, p. 662).
參與者將參與一個後測以檢查他們自我調節能力的變化。參與者可以這些調節能力來解決發展性生涯任務和過渡所帶來的不熟悉、複雜和不明確的問題(Savickas & Porfeli, 2012, p. 662)。

吳燁（Christina）在就讀香港大學教育碩士(教育諮詢與輔導專業)前，是一位在中國大陸有6年豐富經驗的高中地理教師。在擔任教學和班主任工作期間，她善於發現每個學生獨特的品質和才能，鼓勵學生勇敢追求自己感興趣的專業。Christina在教學期間親眼目睹學生因為缺乏對未來自己專業或職業的探索、沒有目標和計畫，因而對學習也缺少熱情、遇難則退、並將一些人生重大人生決定完全推給父母。因此她把學生生涯發展作為他整個碩士學習的重點。Christina希望她的經驗和諮詢項目能夠説明到更多有需要的學生。
