此課程的目的是為初中學生提供小組輔導，運用藝術及遊戲治療的方法，建立他們的自信心和自尊心。

• Throughout the programme, students will be actively involved in a variety of artistic and creative activities, games as well as conversation and collaboration with other members of the group.
• Various life skills, namely self-understanding, relationship building, emotional awareness, stress coping, problem solving, and self-narrative, will be taught in interactive and playful ways, thus promoting their confidence and self-esteem.

學生將參加六節面授課堂，每堂1.5小時，連續六週。六節課堂的主題以下。
– 第一節：互相了解
– 第二節：團隊建立
– 第三節：表達感受
– 第四節：應對壓力
– 第五節：解決問題
– 第六節：敘述我的故事

• 在整個課程中，學生將積極參與各種藝術和創意活動及遊戲，並與小組其他成員對話和協作。
• 課程以互動和有趣的方式教授各種生活技能，包括自我理解、建立關係、情感認知、應對壓力、解決問題和自我敘事，從而增強他們的自信心和自尊心。

• Holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts (major in Fine Arts; minor in Cultural Studies) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Visual Arts) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong
• Is currently studying for the Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling) at the University of Hong Kong
• Has taught visual arts in secondary school in Hong Kong for three years, including two years of being a class teacher, with the aim to improve students’ confidence, develop students’ potential, and foster whole-person development

• 持有香港中文大學文學士（主修藝術；副修文化研究）學位及香港中文大學學位教師教育文憑（視覺藝術）
• 現就讀香港大學教育碩士（輔導與諮商）
• 於香港的中學任教視覺藝術科，具三年教學經驗，曾任班主任兩年，以提高學生的自信心、發揮學生潛能及促進全人發展為己任
