Evaluation Study of Life Skills Development Online Programme

Dear Students,

 I am Dr. Mantak Yuen from the Faculty of Education, the University of Hong Kong. I am now conducting a project titled “Evaluation Study of Life Skills Development Online Programme”. I hope to spend some time with you to let you know more about the details of this project.

I have obtained written consent from your parent/guardian earlier to let you join this study. However, your decision is also very important to us. You can decide whether or not you want to join this study. If you agree to join this study, you will be invited to complete an online questionnaire at the end of the programme and the programme will be audio-/video-recorded. The process will not cause any discomfort, and you could stop at any time if you wish without any negative effects. It will last for approximately 15 minutes.
