1. Guide students make informed choice of their dreaming secondary school and clarify the reasons. 2. Guide students to set clear and specific goals and make plans to achieve their choice. 3. Guide students to acquire useful knowledge, skills and attitudes toward time management. 4. Enable students to continuously reflect and modify their time management in order to efficiently achieve their goals.1. 引導學生再能清楚闡述擇校理由的基礎上做出正確的擇校決定。 2. 引導學生設立清楚且具體的目標，並計劃一步一步達成目標。 3. 引導學生學會時間管理的知識和技能，並培養對時間管理正確的態度。 4. 使學生能夠反思和調整自己的時間管理，因而使自己更高效地向目標前進。 |
| Programme Outline 課程大綱 |
This guidance program aims at equipping students with essential life skills to help them get ready for the transition of leaving primary school to an unknown secondary school. Specifically, students are guided to make informed choices for their secondary school. Time management skills are associated with goal setting skills in an attempt to assisting students to achieve their secondary school decision-making more efficiently through planning. Activities such as using pie chart to reflect their current time management, designing personal timetable are involved in the program. These hands-on activities make students more engaged, impressive and command goal setting skills and time management skills with joy. Other essential life skills such as self-reflections, self-exploration and interpersonal social skills are embedded in different sessions, which benefits to their lifelong self-efficacy.
本輔導課程旨在為學生提供必要的生活技能，幫助他們為從小學過渡到中學做好準備。本課程引 導學生考慮不同因素後選擇合適的中學，並將目標設定和時間管理的技能結合，幫助他們有效地 為自己夢想中的中學努力。課程包含了用餅圖分析反思自己現時的時間管理和親自動手設計自己 的日程表並付諸實踐等之類的活動，旨在讓學生在愉悅中學習目標設定和時間管理的技能。除此 之外，其他必要生活技能也會穿插在課程中，例如自我反思，自我探索和社交技能，這些可以在 提高學生自我效能方面上有長遠影響。 |
| About the Instructor 導師簡歷 |
Ms. FENG YIRU has obtain Bachelor of Education in mathematics, Minor in Special Education and she is currently studying Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling in HKU. She is currently a mathematics teacher in a local primary school. She has experiences in working in colleges in Sydney, Australia and Hamburg, Germany and held a series of workshops and camps for local children and teenagers. All these experiences make her good at dealing with diverse needs of individual students. Besides, she is also enthusiastic in learning to deliver guidance and counseling towards every students. She is interested in enhancing students life skill development, which she believes benefits students lifelong learning and career development.
馮意如小姐已修畢教育學學士(數學教育)，副修特殊教育。她現時在香港大學修讀咨 詢與輔導的教育碩士。她現任香港小學教師，在此之前，她在澳洲雪梨和德國漢堡的學 院工作，期間也為當地小朋友和青少年組織了一系列的工作坊和訓練營。這些經驗令她 更善於應對學生們的不同學習差異。另外，她熱衷於學習如何將輔導這個概念帶到每個 學生身邊，幫助他們健康全面地成長。她對如何提高學生生活技能的發展很感興趣，因 為這對學生的學習和職業生涯有長遠的好處。 |
