Evaluation study of the Programme for Creativity and Talent Development 2021

You are invited to participate in the captioned study conducted by Dr. Serene Chan from the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong.

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY 
The study aims to evaluate the learning outcomes from the programme.

PROCEDURES
In this study, you are invited to complete a questionnaire at the end of the programme. It will take approximately 15 minutes. A helper is responsible for collecting the information.

POTENTIAL RISKS / DISCOMFORTS AND THEIR MINIMIZATION
The process will not cause any discomfort.

It can help to increase the effectiveness of any future programmes.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All data obtained will only be used for this study. Strict confidentiality will be maintained. The data will be kept in the locked cabinet of the office of the researcher at the University of Hong Kong, and in the researcher’s computer with password protection.

DATA RETENTION
The data containing personal identifiers will be destroyed within three years after the publication of the first paper/report arising from this evaluation. Personal identifiers will be removed for the long-term retention of the research data.

PARTICIPATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Your participation is voluntary. This means that you can choose to stop at any time without negative consequences.
